We hope everyone had a wonderful Spring Break week! We had a blast hosting our VR experiences at the Lonestar Room at the Gilruth Center. It was great to see so many people enjoying themselves and trying out our new flow. We’re grateful for all the feedback we received, which will help us continue to improve our services.

Below are a few cool photos from the event:

April Preview Event

We’re thrilled to announce that we’ll be hosting another preview event this April at the same location. It’s a great opportunity for those who missed the Spring Break Event to come out and experience the fun of Free Roam VR. For more info or to book now, go HERE

Building Update

We were finally able to have a face-to-face conversation with the landlord. The meeting went well, and the landlord apologized for the delay and lack of communication. The landlord is now much more responsive. All the necessary paperwork has been submitted to the city. Now we are waiting for approvals and the build-out process to begin. We’ll keep everyone updated on our progress through this blog and the occasional email. When we get closer to having an actual date for opening our doors, we’ll be sure to blast it out on our socials as well.

Website Changes

We have updated a few menu items and have added a few new pages to our website.

  1. Privacy Policy Page: this informs people what data we collect, what we use the data for, and how we manage it. We take privacy and security seriously. We aren’t experts on it, but we plan to keep our customers informed.
  2. Image Gallery Page: this page is just a fun way for us to showcase a few of our favorite moments at That VR Place.
  3. F.A.Q Page: this is a page we plan on filling out with the questions we hear most often.

If you have any comments or suggestions for the site, feel free to contact us. We are always looking to improve the site to better inform our current and future customers about what is going on at That VR Place.

Testing New Experiences

There’s a lot going on in the Free Roam VR space. We got to try out some new experiences this last month. It looks likely what we’ll be able to offer at least one of them by the time we open! It’s an exciting time to be part of this emerging technology, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds.
